🎯 Challenge on Deep Research using LLMs Models
From Week 3 - AI New Years 10 week challenge
MISSION BRIEFING
Pick a topic you're curious about and conduct thorough research using AI tools. Learn to verify sources, cross-reference information, and synthesize findings into a comprehensive report or presentation.
TIPS & TACTICS
- Choose a topic with multiple perspectives
- Use AI to find primary sources
- Cross-reference AI outputs with authoritative sources
- Create a structured research methodology
Used the best models available by my plans as of February 16, 2026.
Research Prompt
You are conducting a structured theological and philosophical research analysis.
Do NOT default to generic religious commentary.
Engage deeply with Catholic theological anthropology and doctrine.
Follow the required structure strictly.
Research Question
Does the rise of AI-mediated companionship and digitally disembodied relationality challenge the anthropological assumptions underlying Catholic theology's doctrine of the Incarnation?
Your analysis must remain grounded in orthodox Catholic theology as articulated in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and mainstream magisterial teaching.
Required Output Structure
1. Doctrinal Foundation (≤ 250 words)
- Explain the doctrine of the Incarnation in orthodox Catholic theology.
- Clarify its anthropological assumptions (body–soul unity, sacramentality, historical embodiment, relationality).
- Identify key theological principles that are relevant to this question.
Avoid vague spirituality language.
2. Nature of the Technological Shift (≤ 250 words)
- Define AI-mediated companionship and digitally disembodied relationality.
- Explain how they differ from embodied human relationships.
- Identify what anthropological assumptions are implicit in these technologies.
Avoid speculative exaggeration.
3. Points of Tension
- Identify at least three specific areas where tension may arise between Catholic anthropology and digitally mediated relationality.
- Be explicit about whether the tension is theological, philosophical, pastoral, or sociological.
4. Internal Catholic Counterargument (Required)
Present at least one serious internal Catholic theological argument that would resist the premise that AI-mediated relationships challenge the relevance of the Incarnation.
This must be framed from within Catholic theology — not from an external secular critique.
5. Assessment of Challenge Level
- Does this development represent:
- A superficial cultural shift?
- A pastoral adaptation challenge?
- A philosophical tension?
- Or a genuine doctrinal pressure point?
Explain carefully.
State your confidence level (High / Medium / Low).
6. Hallucination & Assumption Check
- Identify 3 areas where your analysis could be overstated or dependent on interpretation.
- Distinguish clearly between established doctrine and inference.
Bonus Section (Optional — +1 Evaluation Point)
7. Child-Level Explanation (First Holy Communion Context)
Explain this topic to an 8-year-old child preparing to receive First Holy Communion.
- Use simple language.
- Do not distort Catholic doctrine.
- Keep theological accuracy intact.
- Avoid abstract philosophical terms.
- Use concrete examples.
- Keep it under 200 words.
The explanation should help the child understand:
- Why Jesus becoming a real human being matters.
- Why being physically present matters in Catholic belief.
- How this connects to the Eucharist.
